Juliet&Charles

Coordination.

If you have your dream day planned and ready to go, but you want to take the stress out of the final lead up then a coordinator is what you need.

We work together in the month leading up to your big day to get a clear picture of what you want. We communicate with your vendors on hire items and arrival times, help you create a timeline for the day, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the first cocktail till all formalities are complete.

Our coordination package includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Vendor management in the month leading up to your wedding day

  • Timeline creation

  • Attendance at rehearsal 

  • Day of set up & styling of space

  • Ceremony, reception, and bridal party coordination

Planning.

Planning a wedding is a big task, so why not have us do it? If you're feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start, this package covers everything.
